Our mission is to bring people and institutions together for the purpose of providing expert surgical intervention to children living with facial conditions in Nigeria.

PROJECTS, CAMPAIGNS & PROGRAMMES

Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeries

We support the Teaching Hospitals in the country to provide Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. We do this monthly, one Teaching Hospital at a time and depending on the backlog of patients to be operated. Children are determined based on their age ranging from 0 – 10 years olds

Community engagements

Partnering with various community leaders, local government, civil society organisations and other relevant stakeholders at community levels to dialogue and engage with communities, ensuring that every child is supported.

Awareness and outreaches

We have weekly and monthly awareness and outreach sessions in clinics, hospitals and health facilities in the country.

Happy Child Awareness Week

This is a dedicated weekly Teaching Hospital Happy Child awareness week. During this week Cleft Lip and Palate surgeries are done and supported by HCF. These patients post-surgical operation, become HCF reference.
